Refund policy
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us at hello@intothekruger in the first instance so that we may forward you the returns form for completion & inclusion with your return.
A full refund, excluding the cost of the original shipping will be given for the value of the goods (via initial payment method). You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused, in an original and saleable condition.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or are not in the original condition. All product packaging and labeling must be returned or we will be unable to issue a refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@intothekruger.com and send your item to: Into The Kruger (Pty) Ltd, Shop ARR01 Ground Floor, KMIA Terminal Building, Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, White River, Mpumalanga, 1240, South Africa.
Gift Card items
Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed.
International Returns
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to Into the Kruger of all returns & we suggest DHL courier and tracking for this purpose. International return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. When shipping internationally, please consider the following:
- Ensure all returned items are well packaged, so as not be damaged in the post.
- Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
- Into the Kruger cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R900, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
