Thank you for visiting and shopping at Into The Kruger. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic and International Shipping Policy
International orders are subject to import duties & taxes in their respective country. These are not included in the shipping cost & payable by the customer upon delivery.
Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
Shipment processing time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delays might occur due to holidays, weekends and public holidays or unexpected worldly events.
Made to order items
Please note some items are made to order with a production lead time of 7 -10 working days.
Please see item descriptions that indicate if your item is a made to order item and handling time terms apply. At times we might have that particular item in stock and normal shipping and handling times will then apply.
Handling time usually 3-7 working days.
Our nationwide deliveries usually take 3 to 7 working days after handling time.
International delivery time usually take 5 to 7 working days after handling time.
Unforeseen delays may occur due to:
A supplier stock shortage delay or a manufacture delay. We always keep you up to date with the status of your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Please note: If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone as soon as we know.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping processing and delivery times may vary due to the corona virus issues worldwide. We will keep you posted every step of the way regarding your time for delivery if we expect delays. Thank you for your patience on this.

Local Shipping Rate: Flat rate R99.00 in standard sized parcel (33.7cm x 18.2cm x10cm) Domestic courier service: The Courier Guy or other courier service provider.
International Shipping Rate: Flat rate R890. Standard sized parcel (33.7cm x 18.2cm x10cm) International DHL Express up to 2kg. R1490 2.01kg -3kg, Thereafter calculated on weight

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Into The Kruger ships to residential and commercial addresses we do not ship to post office boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. Depending on your country regulations, there may be additional duty or taxes & these are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Into The Kruger is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact hello@intothekruger to see how we can help.
